You can create a webinar funnel with Digibiz24.

With a webinar funnel, you direct visitors to a webinar page where they enter their email address. This allows them to participate in a free webinar. Visitors then see a thank you page where you can confirm their subscription.

Digibiz24 forwards the email address to your webinar tool. Your webinar tool creates the participants and sends confirmation and reminder emails.

You can create the funnel with or without an integration.

You need:

• a website with all website pages
• A webinar tool
• Landing page with the type Webinar
• Landing page with the type Thank you page

How to create the funnel with an integration:

1. Connect an integration with a webinar tool.
2. Create or edit a landing page with the type Webinar

   In the header bar, click on Save.

3. Create or edit a landing page of the type Thank you page

   Confirm participation in the webinar and provide access information.

   In the header bar, click on Save.

4. Customize the landing page with the type Webinar.
5. Add the Opt-in form component to the page.
6. Click on the gearwheel icon of the component to configure the component in the side menu.
   1. Select the Webinar Integration

      Visitors who enter their email address are automatically created as webinar participants.

   2. Select the thank you page under Form Submit.

      Visitors who enter their email address are automatically redirected to the thank you page.

7. In the header bar, click on Save.

Create webinar funnels without an integration

How to create the funnel without an integration. Embed the tool with an iframe.

1. Create the code for embedding in the tool.

   Typically, this is an iframe tag.

2. Make sure that the code is an iframe tag: <iframe src="https://..."></iframe>.
3. Copy the code.
4. Create or edit a landing page with the type Webinar.
5. Customize the landing page with the type Sales.
6. Remove the Opt-in form component.
7. Add the HTML / JS component to the page.
8. Click on the gearwheel icon of the component to configure the component in the side menu.
   1. Click on Open code editor.
   2. Insert the copied code.
   3. Click on Save.
   4. Edit the other settings of the component.
9. In the header bar, click on Save.
