You can provide your customers with a button in the member area to cancel their Digistore24 subscriptions. This reduces support effort and increases customer satisfaction and trust. This also helps you avoid complaints from customers who are not aware of the cancellation process through support.
Add subscription management component
The subscription management component gives customers who are logged in access to their subscriptions.
Tip
You can offer your members the option of suspending their subscription.
To do this, integrate the Subscription management component on the account page.
Members can log in, click on their profile picture and can then do the following:
- View their courses and subscriptions
- Cancel subscriptions
- Resume cancelled subscriptions with just one click
How to add subscription management to the account page:
- Switch to the website in Digibiz24 where you want to make changes.
- Click on Website in the menu bar on the left-hand side
- Click on the pencil icon for an account page (
/account
). - Add the Subscription management component to the page.
- Click on the gear icon next to the component to configure the component in the side menu.
- Edit the other settings of the component.
- Click on Save.
Set up cancel button
You can also offer your customers a cancel button. If customers click on this button, they are redirected to a search form. There they can enter their details to find and cancel their Digistore24 order. Customers need the order IDs of their subscriptions for this. They do not have to log in.
How to set up a general cancel button:
- Open a landing page, , website page or a course theme in the page builder.
- Add the Buttoncomponent to the page.
- In the Button action field, select the Open URL option
- Enter a URL.

- In the header bar, click on Save.
If the order is found, the customer is redirected to the order confirmation page where they can cancel the subscription.
