As a vendor, you can log in as a member. This allows you to, for example, view courses from the perspective of members to understand their inquiries.

Unsatisfied customers

When you are logged in as a member, you can perform all actions as if the member is logged in themselves.

For exampke, you can complete lessons that the member has not yet seen.

How to log in as a member:

1. Switch to the website in Digibiz24 where you want to make changes.
2. Click on Members in the menu bar on the left-hand side.
3. If necessary, filter the list by filling in the fields at the top of the screen and clicking on Filter.
   
4. Click on the three-dot icon for a member.
5. Click on Log in as member.

Digibiz24 opens the course list from the member's perspective.
