We will never ask you for your password and will never send you a new password without being asked to do so.
Members can change or reset their password themselves. Send members the following instructions so that they can reset their password themselves.
As a vendor, you can also change or reset your members' passwords.
Reset your password as a member

This guide is aimed at you as a member and buyer of a course.
This guide is not for the vendor.
As a member of a course, you can reset your password for the member area if, for example, you have forgotten your password. If you can no longer access your email address, please contact the product manufacturer.
- Open the login page for your courses.
- Click on Forgot password.
- Follow the instructions.
- Follow the instructions in the email.
Change your password as a member
Good to know
The Digibiz24 app does not offer any features for you as a vendor.
To create courses or manage members, you need the Digibiz24 website.
As a member of a course, you can change your password for the member area.
If you cannot log in, reset your password first.
- Log into your course account.

Click on the user icon in the header bar.
Digibiz24 will show a page with personal settings.
- Click on Password.
- Fill in the fields.
- Click on Update.
Reset a member's password as a vendor
How to reset a member's password as a vendor:
- Switch to the website in Digibiz24 where you want to make changes.
- Click on Members in the menu bar on the left-hand side.
- If necessary, filter the list by filling in the fields at the top of the screen and clicking on Filter.
- Click on the three-dot icon for a member.
- Click on Reset password.
The member will receive an email with the new password.
