You have several options to check whether and why buyers cannot access their courses.
Buyer details such as Digistore24 order numbers or email addresses will help you to resolve queries.
Check the status of the purchase
If a buyer has purchased your courses via Digistore24, access to your courses will be stopped automatically upon termination.
How to check whether the buyer has cancelled:
- Log into your Digistore24 account.
- Switch to the vendor view in Digistore24.

Click on Reports in the menu.
Click on Sales.

Filter the list by buyer data and click on Search.
The list of search results is displayed.
You can view the status of the purchase in the Payment status column.
Check whether the buyer has been created as a member in Digibiz24
- Find a member using their buyer data.

If you have not found a member, you can add a member manually. Assign the desired courses to the member.
The buyer receives an email with the access data for the desired courses.
Check whether the course has been released for the buyer
- Edit a member.

Click on the Courses field.
The list of all available courses is displayed. Courses available for the member are selected.
- Click on a course to give the member access to it.
- Click on Update.
