How courses are delivered to buyers:
- Visitors are guided through the sales funnel to the order form. There they buy the course. The purchase is made via Digistore24 as the reseller.
- Digibiz24 accepts the buyer as a member. To do this, Digibiz24 uses the email address to determine whether the buyer is already a member:
- If a member with the email address already exists, the purchased course will also be assigned to that member.
- If there is no email address yet, a member will be created for the buyer and the purchased course will be assigned accordingly.
In both cases, the course assignment ensures that members can access their purchased courses.
- Buyers receive their access data in the following ways:
- Via email from Digibiz24.
- Via an order confirmation email from Digistore24. The email contains a link to the order confirmation page of Digistore24, where buyers can view their access data.
- After purchase, buyers are directed to a thank you page or the order confirmation page of Digistore24. In order for the access data to be displayed on the thank you page, the access data component must be integrated.
- Buyers can log in and access their courses.
