Create thank you page

Once a visitor purchases a product on the order form, they are automatically redirected to the order confirmation page or to a thank you page you have created.

The thank you page is a landing page.

Use the thank you page to thank the buyer for their purchase and to spark their interest in further products.

You can also display the access data, which the buyer can use to log in and access the purchased courses.

Add thank you page

How to add a thank you page:

  1. Switch to the website in Digibiz24 where you want to make changes.
  2. Click on Landing pages in the menu bar on the left-hand side
  3. Click on Add.
    The selection of themes for landing pages will appear.
  4. Switch to the Thank you tab.
  5. Select a Theme.
    You can click on the Load more button at the end of the list.
  6. Click on the Use this template button in the selected theme.
  7. Enter the page name.
  8. Click on Add page.
  9. Edit the page in the page builder.

Add thank you page to the product

  1. Create or edit a product.
    You have the following options:
  2. Select the Thank you page option under Digibiz24 thank you page
  3. In the list box, select the previously created landing page with the type Thank you.
  4. Click on Save

ADDRESS BUYERS BY NAME ON UPSELL OR THANK YOU PAGE

For example, you can address buyers by name on thank you and/or upsell pages:

  1. Insert the component Text into the page.
    Insert the desired placeholders:
    • [digistore_first_name]: Buyer's first name
    • [digistore_last_name]: Buyer's last name
    • [digistore_email]: Buyer's email address
  2. If you use placeholders in upsell pages, configure the upsell products:
    1. Edit the upsell products in Digistore24.
    2. In the Product properties tab, activate the setting Append order data to thank you page URL.
  3. If you use placeholders in the thank you page, configure the thank you page settings:
    1. Open the Conversion Cockpit of the initial product in Digistore24 (see The Conversion Cockpit).
    2. Click on Settings.
    3. In the field Append order data as GET parameter, select one of the following entries:
      • Yes, from the initial sale
      • Yes, from the last sales step in the upsell process
      • Yes, from all sales (products and amounts only)
