You can delete communities that are no longer used. Please note the following effects:

• Members lose access to the community
• All community content will be permanently deleted
• The community cannot be restored 

Tip
Inform your members about the closure in advance to avoid queries.  

How to delete a community: 

1. Switch to the website in Digibiz24 where you have created the community.
2. In the left menu bar, click Communities.
3. In your community, click the icon > Delete.

   A new window opens.

4. Optional: Activate the Notify members by e-mail field.

   If this option is activated, members will automatically receive an e-mail informing them that the community is no longer available.

   Tip
   You can edit the email template Community deleted at any time (see Customize email templates).

5. Confirm the following message with Delete.

   The community is deleted.
