With the Digibiz24 community feature, you can create and manage your own communities. Communities offer numerous benefits for you, your business and your members.
These are the requirements to moderate a community:
- You have set up and published a community
- You have edited the community guidelines
What content levels exist in a community?
Communities have three content levels:
Content level | Description | Who can create content | Interactions |
Post | Top-level content for announcements, polls, questions, or feedback | You and your members | Comment |
Comment | Responses to posts for answering questions or providing feedback | You and your members | Reply |
Reply | Direct responses to comments for discussion or clarification | You and your members | – |
Access the community
- Switch to the website in Digibiz24 where you have created the community.
- In the left menu bar, click Communities.
- Click on the community you want to open.
Alternatively: On the community, click the
icon > Open Community.
Tip
Save the URL of your community as a bookmark in your browser to access it more quickly.
Good to know
Members can find the community under My courses or by entering the URL directly.
Publish content
Creating and publishing content works similarly to social media platforms
You can:
Create posts
- Switch to the community in which you want to create a post.
- Write your post in the text field on the community page.
- Click Post.
Write comments
- Click Comment under the desired post.
- Write your comment.
- Click Comment.
Write reply
- Click Reply under the desired comment.
- Write your reply.
- Click Reply.
Moderate content from members
If content violates your community guidelines, you can reject and hide it from members.
Reject content
- Click the
icon next to a piece of content.
- Click Reject post / Reject comment / Reject reply.
The content is hidden. Instead, members will see the following message(s):
- Content creator: "Your post/comment/reply has been rejected because it violates community guidelines."
- Other members: "This post/comment/reply has been rejected because it violates community guidelines."
Filter by unread content
Filter for unread content to quickly recognize open posts and moderate them if necessary.
- Click All at the top right of your community.
A selection list is displayed.
- Click Unread.
Mark content as read
Mark checked content as read to keep track of content. Content that has not been read is highlighted in gray.
- Click on content with a gray background so that it turns white.
Alternatively: Click the
icon > Mark as read.
Good to know
If you mark a post as read using theicon, all comments and replies to the post will also be marked as read.
