You can restrict access to a course for a certain period of time. Members lose access to the course after a certain number of days. The days start to count from the time the member gains access, i.e. from the time of purchase or a later time.

Unsatisfied customers

• Publish the course so that members can see the individual chapters and lectures. Otherwise, members will not have access to the course at all.
• Inform buyers and members in advance about restrictions on course access.

  This way, you avoid queries from dissatisfied customers.

How to limit access to a course:

1. Switch to the website in Digibiz24 where you want to make changes.
2. Click on Courses in the menu bar on the left-hand side.
3. Click on the three-dot icon for a course.
4. Click on Edit settings.
5. Switch to the Access tab.
6. Activate Limit access for a period of time (optional).
7. Select a number of days.
8. Click on Save.
