In Digibiz24, you can delay the release of entire courses or specific chapters and lessons release. This is called drip content.

You have the following options:

• Access delayed from purchase:
  Members receive access after a number of days of your choosing once they have purchased the course. The time of access is individual for each member depending on when the purchase was made.
• Access from date:
  Members receive access on a fixed date in the future that you choose. The time of access is the same for all members.

Unsatisfied customers

• Publish the course so that members can see the individual chapters and lectures. Otherwise, members will not have access to the course at all.
• Inform buyers and members in advance about restrictions on course access.

  This way, you avoid queries from dissatisfied customers.

How to make a course available with a time delay:

1. Switch to the website in Digibiz24 where you want to make changes.
2. Click on Courses in the menu bar on the left-hand side.
3. Click on the three-dot icon for a course.
4. Click on Edit settings.
5. Switch to the Access tab.
6. Configure the time-delayed access:
• Access delayed from purchase:
1. Activate Access from purchase.
2. Activate Delay access (optional).
3. Select a number of days.
• Access from date:
1. Activate Access from date.
2. Select a date.
3. Activate Delay access (optional).
4. Select a number of days.
7. Click on Save.

Members will be informed by the Digimentor24 App once the course has been released.
