Once they've downloaded the app, your members must log into Digimentor24 to access your courses.

Good to know

• The email address used by the member to log into the Digimentor24 app must be the same email address used to access the course.

• The member can only log into the app with one email address per device.

• A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.

• The confirmation only works for the device with which it was requested.

• The member will see all courses in the Digimentor24 app that they have access to after logging in with their email address.

  If the email address is registered for courses from other vendors, the member will have access to all their courses in the Digimentor24 app - not just your courses.

How a member can log into the Digimentor24 app:

1. When you open the app for the first time, please enter your email address.

   A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.

2. Follow the instructions in the email.

You now have access to courses in the app.
