Step 1: Set up Digistore24

You can use Digibiz24 together with Digistore24 to sell your products. To do this, create a Digistore24 account and connect it to Digibiz24.

Connecting Digibiz24 with your Digistore24 account offers numerous advantages. You can, for example, link your landing pages and funnels from Digibiz24 to Digistore24 products. Additionally, you can create products in Digistore24 directly from Digibiz24.

Since your customers make purchases via the Digistore24 order form, your earnings initially go to Digistore24. Digistore24 will take care of invoicing and the tax calculations for you.

Digistore24 pays out your earnings at regular intervals (see Payout: Set dates and threshold).

Create Digistore24 account

  1. Click here to create a Digistore24 account.
  2. Enter your data:
    • Register as a vendor and/or affiliate
    • Public username
    • Email address
    • Password
    • Address
    • Phone number: you must confirm your phone number with a code from a text message
  3. Follow the instructions.
  4. Click on Register now for free.

Set payout account

You need to create a payout account so that Digistore24 can pay out your earnings. You also need to enter the following tax-relevant information: your address and your VAT ID or tax number.

  1. Switch to the vendor view in Digistore24.
  2. Click on Account in the menu.

    Click on Payout account.

  3. Choose a payout method and enter your PayPal or bank details.
  4. Click on Save.

Enter address

  1. Switch to the vendor view in Digistore24.
  2. Click on Account in the menu.

    Click on Details..

  3. Edit the fields in the Address area.
  4. Click on Save.

Enter VAT ID/tax number

  1. Switch to the vendor view in Digistore24.
  2. Click on Account in the menu.

    Click on Details..

  3. Edit the fields in the Tax number area.

    Depending on your home country and earnings, enter your VAT ID or tax number here (see Enter your VAT ID or tax number).

  4. Click on Save and Exit.

Connect Digibiz24 with Digistore24 account

Good to know

If you are using a tariff plan with multiple websites, the settings will only apply to one website. You must configure separate settings for each website.  

How to connect your website to your Digistore24 account:

  1. Switch to the website in Digibiz24 where you want to make changes.
  2. Click on Integrations in the menu bar on the left-hand side.
  3. In Digistore24, click on Connect.

    A page will open where you can enter the data for your Digistore24 account.

  4. Click on Login.

Create products in Digibiz24

How to create products in Digibiz24:

  1. Switch to the website in Digibiz24 where you want to make changes.
  2. Click on Products in the menu bar on the left-hand side.
  3. Click on Add in the header bar.
  4. Edit the settings:
    • Name of the Digistore24 product: The name of the product, which is displayed to buyers on the order form and in emails.
    • Description of the Digistore24 product: Optional text to describe the product. The description is displayed in the order form.
    • Product image (optional): A product image for the order form. The image must meet certain criteria (see Criteria for images).
    • Note for Digistore24 product: You can store information for yourself here.

      The content of the field will only be visible to you.

    • Sales page, upsell page (optional), and thank you page (optional): The respective page. You can enter the address for a custom page or select an existing landing page from Digibiz24.
    • Currency: One or more currencies with which buyers can purchase the product.
    • Payment type: the type of payment plan:
      • One-time payment:
        • The buyer pays just once.
        • First payment: The price of the first payment.
      • Monthly subscription:
        • First payment: The price of the first payment.
        • Subsequent payments: The price for all subsequent payments.
    • Affiliate commission (%): The affiliate commission as a percentage (see Use affiliate referral program).
  5. Click on Save.

The product is created in both Digibiz24 and Digistore24.
