Manage tariff plan

In Digibiz24, you can manage your tariff plan yourself.

  1. Switch to the website in Digibiz24 where you want to make changes.
  2. Click on Settings in the menu bar on the left-hand side.
  3. Click on Tariff details.
  4. Manage your tariff plan:
    • You can change the payment interval for your current tariff plan.
    • To switch to a tariff plan, click on the Downgrade or Upgrade button.
  5. If you have changed your tariff plan, you will be redirected to an order page:
    1. Enter your payment details.
    2. Click on Buy now or Buy now and proceed to payment.

1. When are the changes active?

  • Upgrades are active immediately. This may also change the date on which your payments are made.
  • Downgrades are only active once the current billing period has expired. The billing will change after the end of the current billing period.

2. What happens when I downgrade?

The tariff plans differ in terms of whether and how often you can use one or more features.

This has the following consequences:

  • All the content you have created will be retained!
  • Access to the Digimentor24 app will be removed for all members.

    You can decide to which members you want to grant access again.

  • Ongoing split tests will be automatically paused.

    You can decide which split tests you want to continue.

  • You may no longer be able to share landing pages and create or import packages. The existing packages are retained and can be imported by fellow coaches.
  • You may no longer be able to use your own domains.

    All existing domains will be deleted.

    All pages are accessible via the default domain.

  • You may no longer be able to hide the affiliate badge.

    The affiliate badge is displayed.

  • You may no longer be able to activate lessons and courses with a time delay.

    All settings for drip content are deleted.

  • You may lose access to the video hosting service.

    All your videos are retained and integrated.

    You can only remove the uploaded videos, but not change them.

    You cannot upload new videos.

  • You may no longer be able to set global branding.

    All settings that were set through global branding are retained.

    You can edit the appearance of each component.
