How to cancel your Digibiz24 account:
- Send us an email to support@digibiz24.com with the following information:
- Tell us that you want to cancel.
- Provide your Digibiz24 username.
- Provide your order number.
Our support team will process the cancellation and notify you by email.
If you don’t have your order ID handy, search your emails for, for example, Digistore24 - Order successful / Access. There you’ll find the order number for your Digibiz24 purchase.
What happens after cancellation?
When you cancel your account, all future payments and access to your account will be discontinued at the end of your current billing period.
After cancellation, your website will become inactive and inaccessible to visitors and course members. Members will no longer be able to log in and will lose access to the courses they purchased.
