What happens after the cancellation?
If you cancel your account, all future payments and access to your account will cease at the end of your current billing period.
After cancellation, your website will become inactive and unavailable to visitors and members of your courses. Members will no longer be able to log in and will lose access to the courses they have purchased.

Digistore24 sends an email with every payment.
In the email you will find a link to the order confirmation page.
You can cancel your account there.
How to cancel your Digibiz24 account:
- Open your email inbox.
- Open the email you received to confirm your order. Search, for example, for Digistore24 - order successful / access.
- Click on the link under You can find an overview of your order here.
The order confirmation page will open.
- Click on Cancel.
- Confirm the cancellation.
If you don't have an email to hand, you can also use your order number to access the order confirmation page (see I ordered from Digistore24).

- Contact the support team.
- Send us an email with the following content:
- Indicate that you wish to cancel.
- Enter your username.
- Enter your order number.
Our support will carry out the cancellation and inform you by email.
