Upload and manage videos

Digibiz24 offers you several ways to prepare your videos so that you can easily select them in lectures.

Upload videos

Videos that you have uploaded to the video hosting service from Digibiz24 are automatically provided with download protection.

How to upload videos:

  1. Switch to the website in Digibiz24 where you want to make changes.
  2. Click on Videos in the menu bar on the left-hand side.
  3. Upload a video.
    You have the following options:
    • If no video is available yet:
      Click on Upload video.
    • If one or more videos are available:
      Click on Upload in the header bar.
  4. Select a source:
    • My device: Select one or more files from your device's folder. You can upload the file directly with drag & drop.
    • Google Drive: Connect your account and select one or more files.
    • Dropbox: Connect your account and select one or more files.
    • OneDrive: Connect your account and select one or more files.
    • URL address: Enter a URL where one or more files are uploaded.
  5. Click on Upload and wait until the upload is complete.

Create folder

How to create a folder:

  1. Switch to the website in Digibiz24 where you want to make changes.
  2. Click on Videos in the menu bar on the left-hand side.
  3. Create a new folder.
  4. You have the following options:
    • If no folder is available yet:
      Click on Create new folder.
    • If one or more folders are available:
      Click on New folder.
  5. Enter a folder name.
  6. Click on Create.

Create subfolder

  1. Switch to the website in Digibiz24 where you want to make changes.
  2. Click on Videos in the menu bar on the left-hand side.
  3. Click on a folder.
  4. Click on Create new folder.
  5. Enter a folder name.
  6. Click on Create.

Manage folder

How to rename or delete a folder:

  1. Switch to the website in Digibiz24 where you want to make changes.
  2. Click on Videos in the menu bar on the left-hand side.
  3. Click on Actions for a folder.
  4. Select one of the following options:
    • Rename
    • Delete

Upload videos directly to a folder

Videos that you have uploaded to the video hosting service from Digibiz24 are automatically provided with download protection.

How to upload videos to a folder:

  1. Switch to the website in Digibiz24 where you want to make changes.
  2. Click on Videos in the menu bar on the left-hand side.
  3. Click on a folder.
  4. Click on Upload in the header bar.
  5. Upload the video.

Delete videos

How to delete a video:

  1. Switch to the website in Digibiz24 where you want to make changes.
  2. Click on Videos in the menu bar on the left-hand side.
  3. Click on the delete icon 1.svg for a video.
  4. Confirm that you want to delete it.

Sort folders and videos

How to sort folders and videos:

  1. Switch to the website in Digibiz24 where you want to make changes.
  2. Click on Videos in the menu bar on the left-hand side.
  3. Click on a sort option on the right-hand side of the page.
