The term sticky refers to a positioning in web design.
Sticky elements align their position with something else, usually the browser window.
A sticky element maintains its position on the screen while scrolling. This allows page elements to be reliably positioned.
Note
Sticky elements are shown in the desktop view only. They are not visible on mobile.
To add a sticky background for the entire page:
- Open a landing page, website page, or a course theme in the Pagebuilder.
- Click on
Settings in the sidebar.

Click on Background.
You can configure the background in the sidebar.
- In the Background type field, select the option Image to fill the page background with an image or a color:

Click on the image icon

You have the following options:
- Use an uploaded image by clicking on the image you want to use.

Switch to the Library tab.
Here you will find images you have uploaded.

Switch to another tab.
Each tab displays a different source for content. Sources and contents may change.

- Upload a new image:
- Click on Upload image
- Click on the uploaded image.
- Use an uploaded image by clicking on the image you want to use.
- Click the Add button.

In the Image position field, select where the chosen image should be positioned.
Select Full center (sticky).
- You can click on Preview in the header bar to see a preview of the changes in a new tab.
- Click on Save in the header bar.
