You can centrally define and change the font and text color of text components. This allows you to easily create a consistent look for the text on your pages and represent your company brand.
The changes only apply to new content and content that you have not previously customized individually. Therefore, you need to manually adjust any existing content that you have customized.
If you have defined branding colors, you can select them for the text appearance.
Here’s how to adjust the text appearance centrally:
-
Open the "Global Branding" settings in the Pagebuilder
- Open a landing page, website page, or a course theme in the Pagebuilder.
- In the sidebar, click
Settings.
- Click Global branding.
-
Set the text colors

You have four colors to choose from:
- Primary
- Secondary
- Text
- Background
The Text color is automatically assigned to all newly created text components (paragraphs and headings).
If you want to use the same color for all types of text, you can use this color. If you change the color, the changes are automatically applied to all text components.
Important: If you have previously created text components and assigned them an individual color, the Text color was overridden. You must either replace these components or manually reassign the Text color when editing a text component or directly in the editor.
Here’s how to change the color in the Global Branding settings:
Click the color field, drag the sliders, or enter an

For example, if you want to use a different text color for headings or introductory texts, you can use the Primary or Secondary colors. These colors are not automatically assigned to specific components, giving you the flexibility to use them for headings.
However, you must manually assign the Global Branding color to texts when editing a text component or directly in the editor.
When you later change the Global Branding color in the settings, the color of all texts which you have assigned the color will also be changed.
