Keep a list of frequently asked questions (FAQs) and answer them for your prospective buyers.
For example, "When will I receive my product? - Usually 2-3 working days after the purchase."
This increases trust, reduces inquiries, and boosts your sales.
How to create FAQs:
- Open a landing page, website page, or a course theme in the Pagebuilder.
- Insert the component FAQ into the page.
- Add questions and answers:
- Edit the placeholders.

If you want to add more questions and answers:
Click on Add new.

If you want to delete a question and answer:
Click on the delete icon.
The icon appears when hovering over it with the mouse cursor.

Click on the gear icon next to the component to configure the component in the side menu.

Activate the option Enable accordions to hide the answers.
You can configure the option.

Activate the option Display question icon to display an icon for each question.
You can configure the option.
- Customize backgrounds & separators:
- Switch to the Advanced tab
- Select an option in the Question separator field.
- You can configure the option.
- Edit the other settings of the component.
