We will never ask you for your password and will never send you a new password without being asked to do so.

As a vendor, you can reset the password you use to log into Digibiz24:

1. Open https://www.digibiz24.com.
2. Click on Login.
3. Click on Forgot password.
4. Enter your username or your email address.

5. Click on Reset password.

   You will receive an email with a link that you can click on to set your new password.

6. Follow the instructions in the email.
