Digibiz24 offers you automated and centralized management of the members of your websites.
The central management of members makes it possible for each of your members to take part in several of your courses without you having to create multiple member accounts.

If you have multiple websites, this function is available once for each website.
Registration
How your website gets new members:
- If a buyer purchases one of your courses via Digistore24, a member is created for this buyer in Digibiz24. In doing so, Digibiz24 automatically assigns the purchased course to the member.
- You can import members from another system or a manually updated list to Digibiz24.
- You can also manually add a member.
- You can offer your visitors free courses. To do this, include the Opt-in form component in landing pages. Visitors can then register themselves as members and receive free access to a course.
The new member automatically receives an email with the template New member. This email contains automatically generated access data and a login link. This email contains automatically generated access data and a login link.
Member data
The following data is available for members in Digibiz24:
- Member name
- Email address
You can contact your course participants via their email address. In addition, every time a new member registers, Digibiz24 checks whether the member is already registered with an email address. In this case, new courses are assigned to the existing member. - Profile picture, website, and profile description (optional).
- Joining date
The joining date is set automatically when a course is purchased via Digistore24. The date can also be specified during the import. The joining date dictates the delayed access to courses, chapters, or lectures. - Course assignment and course overiew
As a vendor, you can view and edit the course assignment for each member. - Links to social media profiles (optional).
- Password
The password is set automatically during registration.
Find, view, and edit members
You can view and edit the members of your courses centrally in Digibiz24.
If members have any queries, you can check course access or log in as a member for clarification.
You can also manually terminate course access for members with free course access or deactivate the member.
Members change data themselves
Members can change their data via the profile website. For example, this includes resetting their password or changing their email address.
Members cannot change the courses assigned to them themselves.
