Edit a certificate template.

You create certificate templates and can then enter text.

Digibiz24 automatically adds this information:

• Member name
• Course title: Title of the course.
• Date of issue
• Certificate ID, which makes each certificate unique and clearly identifiable

Tip

Please ensure the following:

• No spelling mistakes
• Appropriate language for the texts
• Appropriate expression and style

 

How to edit a certificate template:

1. Switch to the website in Digibiz24 where you want to make changes.
2. Click on Courses in the menu bar on the left-hand side.
3. Click on Certificates
4. Click on the certificate you want to open.
5. Switch to the Content tab
   1. Enter a Title.
      The text appears unchanged on the certificate.
   2. Enter a Text above member name.
      The text appears unchanged on the certificate.
   3. Enter a Text above course name.
      The text appears unchanged on the certificate.
   4. Enter a Text below course name.
      The text appears unchanged on the certificate.
      Provide a brief summary of the course content. Highlight what the member has learned.
   5. Choose an Issue date format.
      The date the certificate is issued appears in this format.
   6. Enter an Issue date label.
      The text appears unchanged on the certificate.
   7. Enter a Signature.
      The text appears unchanged on the certificate.
   8. Enter a Certificate ID label.
      The text appears unchanged on the certificate.
6. Click on Preview.
   The certificate appears as a PDF file in a pop-up.
7. Switch to the Design tab
   1. Select a Logo (optional).
      You have the following options:
      • Use an uploaded image by clicking on the image you want to use.
      • Upload a new image:
        1. Click on Upload image
        2. Click on the uploaded image.
   2. Select the main color for text on your certificates in the Primary text color field.
   3. Select the color for the member's name in the Secondary text color field.
   4. Select a background for the certificate.
      You can specify a background color.
8. Click on Preview.
   The certificate appears as a PDF file in a pop-up.
9. Click on Save.

You can integrate the certificate into a course.
