Edit a certificate template.
You create certificate templates and can then enter text.
Digibiz24 automatically adds this information:
- Member name
- Course title: Title of the course.
- Date of issue
- Certificate ID, which makes each certificate unique and clearly identifiable
Tip
Please ensure the following:
- No spelling mistakes
- Appropriate language for the texts
- Appropriate expression and style
How to edit a certificate template:
- Switch to the website in Digibiz24 where you want to make changes.
- Click on Courses in the menu bar on the left-hand side.
- Click on Certificates
- Click on the certificate you want to open.
- Switch to the Content tab
- Enter a Title.
The text appears unchanged on the certificate. - Enter a Text above member name.
The text appears unchanged on the certificate. - Enter a Text above course name.
The text appears unchanged on the certificate. - Enter a Text below course name.
The text appears unchanged on the certificate.
Provide a brief summary of the course content. Highlight what the member has learned. - Choose an Issue date format.
The date the certificate is issued appears in this format. - Enter an Issue date label.
The text appears unchanged on the certificate. - Enter a Signature.
The text appears unchanged on the certificate. - Enter a Certificate ID label.
The text appears unchanged on the certificate.
- Enter a Title.
- Click on Preview.
The certificate appears as a PDF file in a pop-up. - Switch to the Design tab
- Select a Logo (optional).
You have the following options:- Use an uploaded image by clicking on the image you want to use.
- Upload a new image:
- Click on Upload image
- Click on the uploaded image.
- Select the main color for text on your certificates in the Primary text color field.
- Select the color for the member's name in the Secondary text color field.
- Select a background for the certificate.
You can specify a background color.
- Select a Logo (optional).
- Click on Preview.
The certificate appears as a PDF file in a pop-up. - Click on Save.
You can integrate the certificate into a course.
