View orders for courses in Digibiz24

You can view orders for your courses in Digibiz24.

Good to know

The order overview shows you orders for courses that you have set up in the current website.

Switch to the website to view orders for courses on another website.

Display order overview in Digibiz24

  1. Switch to the website in Digibiz24 where you want to make the changes.
  2. Click on Orders in the menu bar on the left-hand side.
  3. If you want to filter the list, fill in the fields at the top of the screen and click on the Filter button.

The order overview displays information about orders in the following columns:

  • Order ID: Unique number that you can also use for searching in Digistore24.
  • Name: Shows the first and last name of the buyer.
  • Email: Shows the buyer's email address.
  • Purchase date and Time: Shows the date and time of purchase.
  • My earnings: Shows your earnings for this order (see Gross earnings and income).
  • Publication date: Shows the date from which the course is available to the buyer.

Give a buyer earlier access to courses

If you have set up delayed access for courses, you can speed up course access for certain buyers:

  1. Click on the pencil icon 165688551c61a9.svg for an order.
  2. A window will open in which you can edit the offset.
  3. Enter a negative number so that the buyer can access the upcoming lessons earlier.
  4. Click the Save button.

Display transaction details

In the transaction details of an order, you can determine, e.g. whether any returns have been made:

  1. Click on Actions in the order row.
  2. Click on Display transactions.

A window opens in which all transactions per order are displayed.

Display order details in Digistore24

You can use the order details in Digistore24 to view a buyer's delivery address or make a return, among other things:

  1. Click on Actions in the order row.
  2. Click on Display order details.

Show order receipt

How to view the customer invoice:

  1. Click on Actions in the order row.
  2. Click on Show invoice.

    An additional browser tab will open displaying the order confirmation for the customer.

  3. Click on Show invoice.

A PDF file for the invoice will be displayed.

Good to know

The invoice will only be displayed if the buyer has entered an address.

Until the buyer has entered an address, Digistore24 will display an address input form.
