You have various options for delivering your products sold via Digistore24. The available delivery methods depend on the product type.
You can deliver your products sold via Digistore24 in different ways depending on the product type.
Course
If you have created a product in Digistore24 or Digibiz24 and linked it to a course, buyers will automatically receive an email with access data.
In Digibiz24, you can create a thank you page for the product so that buyers can see their access data directly in the browser window after their purchase. To do this, include the access data component in the thank you page.
Download
You can make files for digital products available in the Digistore24 download vault, e.g. for e-books or software. Buyers have access to the files via email or the Digistore24 order confirmation page (see Deliver digital products automatically with the download vault).
You can also deliver licenses for software products (see Deliver software licenses automatically).
Discount codes
You can send discount codes to buyers, e.g. via email (see Give discount).
Event
You can set up e-tickets for products that you sell as an in-person event. Buyers can access e-tickets either by email or via the Digistore24 order confirmation page. E-tickets contain information about the event designed by you, including directions and a QR code. You can scan this code with the Digistore24 app for admission control (see Create e-tickets on Digistore24).
Shipping product/food supplement
Digistore24 does not ship physical products. However, you can ship products yourself or integrate a fulfillment provider (see Create shipping products and delivery notes).
