To offer courses, webinars, or anything else, you need a Digistore24 product. You set up everything important for the sale in the product. This includes information like the product name, description for the order form, prices, and more.

Requirements

In order to use this function, your website must be connected to your Digistore24 account.

If you are using a tariff plan with multiple websites, the settings will only apply to one website. You must configure separate settings for each website.

If you don't have a Digistore24 account yet, you can register for free.

Risk for your business

Always make a test purchase after you have edited products with all associated websites (see Make a test purchase) - even for products that you have only edited in Digibiz24.

With a free test purchase, you can make sure that the purchase goes exactly as you want it to. This is particularly easy at Digistore24. You can buy your product here using the order form without having to pay for it.

Please make a test purchase before requesting approval.

Test your entire sales process from the first page a potential customer lands on through to the order form and the final receiving of the product.

You have the following options:

• You will find a list of products in the left-hand menu bar under Products. This includes products that you have created in Digibiz24 or Digistore24.
• You can create products in Digibiz24 and configure them further in Digistore24.
• In Digistore24, you can create and edit products directly. This allows you to configure products in greater detail to customize them according to your needs. Examples include adapting the order form to your design or creating individual payment plans. Products created in Digistore24 can be used in Digibiz24. Use products created in Digistore24 in Digibiz24.
• You can connect a course with one or more Digistore24 products to sell the course.
• You can assign your landing pages for sales, upsells, or thank-you pages when editing in Digibiz24 to the products. This ensures that Digistore24 displays the correct pages during the sales process.
• When editing sales, upsell, or thank you pages, you can access products if you create a buy button. It doesn't matter whether the products were created in Digistore24 or Digibiz24.
