In Digibiz24 you can create a Digistore24 product directly. Follow the instructions below to create products for the sale of courses. In Digistore24 you can edit this product if, for example, you want to offer other products.
Compared to the standard function for creating a product, the product beta function offers more options for creating Digistore24 products. For example, this includes the creation of individual payment plans.

With a free test purchase, you can make sure that the purchase goes exactly as you want it to. This is particularly easy at Digistore24. You can buy your product here using the order form without having to pay for it.
Please make a test purchase before requesting approval.
Test your entire sales process from the first page a potential customer lands on through to the order form and the final receiving of the product.
RequirementsIn order to use this function, your website must be connected to your Digistore24 account.
If you are using a tariff plan with multiple websites, the settings will only apply to one website. You must configure separate settings for each website.
If you don't have a Digistore24 account yet, you can register for free.
How to create products with the beta function in Digibiz24:
- Switch to the website in Digibiz24 where you want to make changes.
- Click on Product beta in the menu bar on the left-hand side.
- Click on Add in the header bar.
A page will open where you can edit the product in the General settings tab.
- Edit the settings:
- Product name: the internal name for the product. This name is not displayed in the order form.
- Language: one or more languages for the product.
- Tab per selected language: the product name for the respective language that you selected in the previous field. This name is displayed to buyers on the order form and in emails.

Product type: the product type (see Product types at Digistore24).
Select the member area for selling the courses.
- Affiliate commission (%): The affiliate commission as a percentage (see Use affiliate referral program).
- Sales page, upsell page (optional), and thank you page (optional): The respective page. You can enter the address for a custom page or select an existing landing page from Digibiz24.
- Click the Save button.
- Switch to the Order form tab.
- Edit the settings:
- Product image (optional): A product image for the order form. The image must meet certain criteria (see Criteria for images).
- Tabs for languages: Optional text with which you can edit the product in the languages you have previously selected.
- Order form (optional): An order form. If no selection is made, the product is created with a preconfigured order form.
- Click the Save button.
- Switch to the Payment plan tab.
- Edit the settings:
- Currency: One or more currencies with which buyers can purchase the product.
- Prices: Specifies whether the prices of the payment plans are shown as gross or net prices.
- Payment methods: The payment methods for your product (see ⧉ Set payment methods).
- Click on +New payment plan to set a price.
A window will open in which you can configure the payment plan.
- Edit the settings:
- Billing type: The payment plan type:
- One-time payment:
- The buyer pays just once.
- Price: the amount of the payment.
- Subscription:
- The buyer purchases a subscription for an indefinite period with payments in the set periods. The subscription can be cancelled for each subsequent billing period. In this case, the buyer would automatically lose access to the course.
- First payment: The price of the first payment.
- First billing period: The period from which the first follow-up payment is due.
- Subsequent payments: The price for all subsequent payments.
- Follow-up billing periods: The period for follow-up payments.
- Installment payment:
- Number of payments: The number of installments.
- First payment: The price of the first payment.
- First billing period: The period from which the first follow-up payment is due.
- Subsequent payments: The price for all subsequent payments.
- Follow-up billing periods: The period for follow-up payments.
- Rebilling type: The type of installment payment:
- Installment (cannot be cancelled): Choose this option if you offer a product for which you provide a service at a fixed time, e.g. a webinar. By paying in installments, the buyer can pay for this service over a longer period of time.
- Temporary subscription (cannot be cancelled) or Temporary subscription (can be cancelled): Choose one of these options if you are offering a service over a longer period of time. For example, this service could be a course, for which you provide new content over and over again during the subscription period. You can specify whether the subscription can be cancelled or not.
- Currency: The currency for the payments. If you have previously set other currencies, the price for the payments will be converted at the daily exchange rate.
- Free trial: An optional trial period. The free trial period starts once the buyer has purchased the product.
- Activate payment plan: You can deactivate the payment plan if you want, e.g. to edit the payment plan later.
- Click the Add button.
The payment plan is displayed in the Payment plan tab.
- If you have created several payment plans, the buyer can select the desired payment plan on the order form. You can change the order by clicking on the equals sign of a payment plan and moving the payment plan to the desired position.
- Click the Save button.
Further steps
- In order to sell a course, you need to connect the course to a product.
- You can connect the product to the landing pages for the sales or upsell funnel with button components while editing.
- Create a customized order form in Digistore24 (see Order form).
- If you do not want to use the product for the sale of courses, you can edit the product in Digistore24 and configure it for the sale of other product types. In this case, the product is no longer suitable for the sale of courses.
- Always make a test purchase after you have edited products with all associated websites (see Make a test purchase) - even for products that you have only edited in Digibiz24.
