By default, Digibiz24 uses the name of your website as the sender name, e.g. myshop@digibiz24.com.

Alternatively, you can connect your Gmail account. The automatic emails will then be sent from Digibiz24 via your Gmail account.

How to connect Gmail with two-step verification:

1. Activate two-step verification
   1. Open https://myaccount.google.com.
   2. Log into your account.
   3. Click on Security
   4. Under Sign in to Google, activate Two-step verification
   5. Follow the instructions.
2. Generate an app password
   1. Open https://myaccount.google.com.
   2. Log into your account.
   3. Click on Security
   4. Under Sign into Google and Two-step verification, click on App passwords
   5. Follow the instructions.
3. Connect Gmail with Digibiz24
   1. Log into your Digibiz24 account.
   2. Switch to the website in Digibiz24 where you want to make changes.
   3. Click on Website in the menu bar on the left-hand side
   4. Click on Email settings
   5. Activate the option Custom SMTP
   6. Enter the required SMTP data:
      1. Use the Google SMTP settings: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7126229?hl=en
      2. Use the previously created app password.
   7. Click on Save.
