In Digistore24, you are able to view orders in detail. This will help you when processing customer inquiries or returns (see Find customer orders by order ID).

For example, you can see these details about an order:

• Transactions
• Return periods
• Delivery address

Tip

The quickest way to find orders is to use the buyer's order ID.

Ask the buyer to send you the order ID of their order so that you can process their request quickly. The buyer can find the order ID in their order confirmation email (see I have ordered from Digistore24).

You can view an order in Digistore24:

1. Log into your Digistore24 account.
2. Switch to the vendor view in Digistore24.
3. Click on Reports in the menu.

   Click on Transactions.

4. Enter the order ID in the search mask on the left-hand side. If you don't have an order ID to hand, the mask offers you further fields to help you find the order.
5. Click on Search.
