By default, Digibiz24 uses the name of your website as the sender name, e.g. myshop@digibiz24.com
.
Alternatively, you can connect your Gmail account. The automatic emails will then be sent from Digibiz24 via your Gmail account.
This has the following benefits:
- The emails will also be displayed within Gmail under Sent.
- The buyer will see your email address and not the Digibiz24 sender address. This will give your customers greater confidence in you.
- Members can send emails to your email address.
If members reply to the automatic email, the requests are sent to the reply address specified in the settings. This is completely independent of the connection to Gmail.
