Create products in Digistore24

In Digistore24, you can create and edit products directly. This allows you to configure products in greater detail to customize them according to your needs. Examples include adapting the order form to your design or creating individual payment plans. Products created in Digistore24 can be used in Digibiz24. Use products created in Digistore24 in Digibiz24.

Create products in Digistore24

You can create Digistore24 products for different product types. See:

Set up affiliate partnerships

You can use affiliate partnerships to advertise your products in return for commission. (See Affiliates and partnerships).

Set up upsells

Upsells allow you to enable buyers to purchase additional products after their purchase with just one click. (See Create an upsell funnel).

Set up payment plans

Digistore24 allows you to configure payment plans for different cases. This allows you to offer buyers payment in installments for high-priced products, for example, or set up a temporary subscription. (See Set the payment plan and product price).

Set up order form

You need an order form to sell your products. You can use the cart builder order form to customize the form to match the look and feel of your website or landing pages. See:

Make a test purchase

Always make a test purchase after you have edited products with all associated websites (see Make a test purchase) - even for products that you have only edited in Digibiz24.

With a free test purchase, you can make sure that the purchase goes exactly as you want it to. This is particularly easy at Digistore24. You can buy your product here using the order form without having to pay for it.

Request approval

Selling your product will only be possible once Digistore24 has checked and approved it.

Requirements

In order to use this function, your website must be connected to your Digistore24 account.

If you are using a tariff plan with multiple websites, the settings will only apply to one website. You must configure separate settings for each website.

If you don't have a Digistore24 account yet, you can register for free.

  1. Switch to the website in Digibiz24 where you want to make changes.
  2. Click on Products in the menu bar on the left-hand side.
  3. Click on the three-dot icon 165688551c3818.svg for a product.

Digistore24 will open in a new tab and load the product.

Use products created in Digistore24 in Digibiz24

Products created or edited in Digistore24 can generally be used in Digibiz24 in the same way as if you had created the products in Digibiz24. These products are also displayed in the left-hand menu bar under Products or Products beta.

Further steps

  • In order to sell a course, you need to connect the course to a product.
  • You can connect the product to the landing pages for the sales or upsell funnel with button components while editing.
  • Create a customized order form in Digistore24 (see Order form).
  • If you do not want to use the product for the sale of courses, you can edit the product in Digistore24 and configure it for the sale of other product types. In this case, the product is no longer suitable for the sale of courses.
  • Always make a test purchase after you have edited products with all associated websites (see Make a test purchase) - even for products that you have only edited in Digibiz24.

  • When you have finished configuring the product with all the associated pages, submit the product for approval (see Approval).
